Design and Development Services
Once a design is approved and development begins, we do not offer refunds. The money-back guarantee is no longer applicable. Cancellation Before Design Approval
If you wish to cancel your project before design approval, a refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to assess the work completed up to the point of cancellation and may deduct a reasonable fee for the services provided.
